Corporate & Plain Language Writing and Editing
I help you to clarify the purpose of your material and identify and define your target audience. Plain language writing is not "dumbing down" the information; rather, it gets to the point without using unnecessary words or technical jargon. I apply the principles of plain language writing to:

Facilitation & Training
I offer small group and large group meeting facilitation services. Through a variety of activities, I ask your key questions and enable participants to contribute their ideas verbally or in writing. Raw data is captured and summarized in a report and or Executive Summary.
As well, I develop and deliver adult education training programs using experiential learning models. Typically, the training ranges from 1 to 3 days. The course and materials are developed so that your staff trainers can deliver future programs.
