I have over 30 years of experience as a human resource professional, working in unionized and non-unionized environments. My work includes providing senior-level human resource management advice and services to managers and senior executives in British Columbia and Nova Scotia. 
 
As a labour relations specialist, I represented the employer before administrative tribunals and as a member of master and component bargaining teams. I conducted investigations into workplace harassment and presented my findings and, if requested, recommendations to designated executive member(s).
 
Throughout my career, I developed innovative practices and programs in recruitment, performance planning and development, accommodation in the workplace, organizational design and job evaluation, and workforce adjustment. I led or participated in research and policy development initiatives and sat on various interprovincial working groups.
